I do not believe those numbers are supposed to represent "rank".

Unless I'm wrong, THIS list seems to be the ranked list (if this crazy link works)

As of this time he is ranked 49. The algorithm seems to take into account both how high a person rates AND how many people vote for the person. So, for example Ron is ahead of Betty White, even though she has a higher rating than him (92-82) because he has more voters (26-23). But Arnold S. is ahead of Paul because he has more voters (32) even though he only has a rating of 70.

So it actually seems to be MORE based on number of voters than how high the ratings are, though it's based on both and there are some exceptions. So let's get him lots of voters!
