I'm gonna wait until everyone realizes it was the legal immigrants who were loaded back home and used that money to pressure home prices up.
 
median income went 31k to 39k in 2 1/2 decades during time new median ouse went 163k to 416k. too late to fix anyting now

A chart based upon median income is very telling. The Fed and "establishment" (and Greenspan) plan for the past 30 years was to suppress wages to offset all of the government spending and monetary inflation. It worked for a long time, with only a few of the median frogs realizing they were being boiled.

I was amazed it worked as long as it did but cats out of bag now and as been for some time
 
Every yr for past 2 1/2 decades prices are up on avg 6.7 percent pr yr , pretty big ole ea yr you dont buy, in 3 yrs its real money.
