Virginia Takes On Sound Money, Federal Assaults, and UN Agenda 21

I am coming more and more to believe that this battle for the soul of America is a battle for the 10th Amendment.

As such,I am starting to think that the election of State level Governors,Senators,Sheriffs and Legislators might be more important than the election of U.S. Senators and Congressmen, let alone the once every four years election of a President.

This would also be a less expensive battle to fight. If it ended up with different States having radically different definitions of liberty,so much the better.
Let those that want to live under the edicts of Cuomo and Bloomberg stay in New York and suffer the consequences.

Indeed. And the great thing about nullification is you don't need to replace/reform your entire state legislature to do it. In many cases it's politically viable even with the state legislators already elected.

Even if its just a single issue, whether it be guns, marijuana, or in this case, sound money, each nullification damages the fabric of federal authority. All we need to do is unravel just a few strands, and the entire thing will come apart.

This is good. MEanwhile something on twitter indicated that from one state over Manchin was pushing some plan to make it illegal for vets to own guns? Or maybe those who ever sought counsel about PTSD or something? Seemed odd from a guy whose campaign ad showed him shooting through a bill called 'obamacare'.

West Virginia is a pretty gun friendly State. Now the State Government should pass a law that any U.S. Senator that violates the 2nd amendment is not allowed in the State wearing clothing below the waist.

10th amendment.

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Con- stitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Federalist Papers #45

“The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite.” -James Madison

I think the Federal Gov. might be a lost cause at this point.Maybe we can save some States.
