yeah, I really think Hannity tried to make that argument, that Rand has been leading the fight for criminal justice reform. We get that Rand shares the same sentiments but the uninformed voters don't know this, I just think he could sell it better, I like to think that this is the thing that makes him different. I think its something that more people care about than they like to admit.
