there are various ways to access it but just go to "Video Manager" from the dropdown menu at the top of the page and click "Edit" next to that video, that will allow you to edit the tag field

Oh I get what you're saying now. I thought you meant in the tag to embed the video on here which confused me.

He didn't say he would vote yes for Hagel, he said he initially gave him the benefit of the doubt for the reasons you mentioned but he's starting to have some doubts and needs more information before making a decision.
