So he didn't sound too confident that his healthcare plan would be passed. He said it's "the conservative plan" which makes me think it will be sidelined in favor of some tepid Paul-Ryan-approved garbage. That's why people claim "the plan" isn't ready even though Rand has one.

He also mentioned that Obama flaked out on him regarding criminal justice reform. He contrasted this with Pence who has been working the hill constantly.
