That is what tipped me off back in February that rand was running and he'd announce early april.
She was coming out with a book, and book tour- at the right time to work as a tag team.
It gives the media an excuse to have her, and it works.

I was wondering about Ms Cruz...where is she? Actually, where is Cruz? Well, I guess getting money from Jeb backers who see him as a way to split the conservative vote and give the nomination to Jeb. Same for Rubio. I can't figure out why he is running...makes no sense. What does he have to offer that we can't get from Jeb?
