It's set up just like the ones in Livingston Parish, La. I didn't see any FEMA people, just the National Guard, local police and Gulfport ,MS police. I couldn't understand why Gulfport police were there. Maybe because LA. has such a bad taste from FEMA 3 years ago, they opted to have another enforcement agency instead.
