USA is a corporation?

It means in order to do business with the Federal govt, you have to be a business entity yourself. So your given a number, a DBA name in all caps, and then you get treated like all the other small businesses get treated by a monopolic corporation. Which means you are drained for all you're worth and then tossed aside so the real business can grow. Ass raped without so much as a kiss or a thank you.
 
Need to add, all of your documentation your provided with is so the state and fed govts' can do business with you. That is the sole purpose of it.
 
What I found is that it doesn't matter what the "truth" is it just matters what people believe is true. My brother tried living without a SS# and found that he couldn't convince people that he didn't need one. He was employed then fired when he didn't provide a number and my brother took the employer to court and when the judge asked for my brothers SS# he said he didn't have one. The judge put him in jail for 2 days (strip search, orange suit) on contempt and it cost my brother $7,000 in bail and court costs to get out. After about 5 years of living in poverty he finally gave up trying to convince people and now he uses it.

As far as the USA being corporation I see the Declaration of Independence as being the mission statement and the Constitution and Bill of rights as being the articles of incorporation. I also do see the SS# as being a contract of promised care from cradle to grave in exchange for being surety for the corporations (USA) debt.
 
Yes, Ive heard of the US Corporation thing.. In theback of my mind Ive always figured that this is the loophole they use for the income tax... Since everybody is 'technically' a corporation and the 16th ammendment ONLY authorizes a corporate income tax, that that is the way they justify it.. Of course they could never bring this argument up in court because after all.. wouldnt it sound silly?

Just like the federal reserve.. I could easily prove how legal and constitutional it is "technically"
of course while it may be technically "constitutional" the intent of the fed is definitely to circumvent the protections of the constitution and should be outlawed.
 
Well, I would like to say that, as an anarchist, the fact of something being legal or not is not interesting to me except in that people will try to hurt me or imprison me if I disobey. In other words, the idea that the USA is a corporation doesn't make me more likely or less likely to obey it's laws.

That said, the legal implications are interesting, and more knowledge about our legal system couldn't possible hurt ones ability to get out of a legal jam.

I don't see how that could be, since we are assigned SS numbers at birth.
