I don't know what I was looking at but I saw something that said the US territories (Guam, Puerto rico, American Samoa, Virgin Islands, Northern Marianas) all have delegates for the Republican Convention also. It seems to me that these would be easy victories. All total I think they were just shy of 100 delegates. I bet a President or Presidential candidate hasn't visited these places in decades.
 
They're worth 56 delegates total, as I recall.

An intelligent campaign would invest just a modicum of effort into each of these, if only because Dr. Paul will be ineligible for the GOP nomination if he does not have the support of a majority of at least five state/territory delegations.

The Campaign seems utterly oblivious to this fact--or not to care. I'm not sure which is worse...

Very well I have found your source. This sucks. But as with the rules of any government entity there is always a loophole that allows you suspend the rules.
