Sailingaway FYI. I think the VP has to be the same on all 55 electors. Please contact John Finnegan. You were right about Maine.

It is the richest electoral prize in the nation, 55 electoral votes in one place. Any impact by a write-in candidate here will reverberate across the nation.

John Finnegan at Write In Ron Paul Facebook writes:
Time is of the essence and running short. We are well short of the 55 Electors needed to have Ron Paul/Andrew Napolitano certified as Write-In Candidates. The filing deadline for Presidential Electors is October 23. The Secretary of State’s Office MUST HAVE YOUR DECLARATION OF WRITE-IN CANDIDACY – PRESIDENTIAL ELECTOR FORM IN THEIR HANDS ON OCTOBER 23.

Wanted: 55 natural-born US citizens, over age 35, registered voters in California, to become presidential electors for Ron Paul. This will make Dr. Paul an official write-in candidate whose votes will be tallied and counted, 2008 tally HERE.

The deadline is Oct. 23. Allow ample time for snail mail or Fed-Ex it (ask for a received signature.) The pre-filled form with Ron Paul/Judge Andrew Napolitano as the write-in presidential ticket is HERE.

This form must be signed and the information in it declared true before a notary public (usually at your bank free of charge.)

Yes it does, and I posted at DP. Last I heard he only had one form though, his, and we have 21 notarized and back. http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showth...d-forms-in-CA-4-RP-votes-2-count-FORMS-INSIDE He isn't collecting them, just having them sent directly, so I don't think he has any handle on how many there are of his form.

My concern about the Judge is that he endorsed Johnson. I thought if asked he might possibly say 'don't write me in vote Johnson', since he is already on record, and I knew ClydeCoulter wouldn't say that.

We have 21 including or excluding the 10 in a group?
