Which is the stupidest thing I've heard.
If the guy was smart, he'd have a crap load of people go with him with somebody filming. Whether they get fined or not, I'm sure it would upset a lot of folks in the area, enough to put a stop to it.

A lot of people refer to those as "permits'. I don't buy into the racket of permits/permission and never obtain them. Ever.

With my usual caveat that we don't have the full context of all that is going on here, petty tyrants and mob behavior. Even more typical at local levels of govt.

This video is fake. Just look at the positioning of the curb when the law enforcement is talking to the guy and when the guy is doing the work. Obviously two different locations and two different videos. Also it is a different guy. The purpose of this video is to elicit an emotional response so people subscribe to his comment. If it is real what city did this take place in? I did a google search and the only thing that came up was this video. If something like this actually happened it would have made the local news some where. People are too reactive to this type of content. Slow down and think logically.
