30 seconds, two clips of the debate.

Commentator:
"Do you need a Declaration of War to attack another country?"

Romney Clip, about consulting his lawyer

Ron Paul's Response.

Commentator:
"Ron Paul would obey his oath to uphold the Constitution instead of consulting a lawyer"

In my opinion, this would be a great campaign advertisement. People have a very negative response about lawyers.

People would have a very positive response about following the Constitution.

Most people do not watch the debates, it is only one or two percent of the population. The News media has never really covered this conflict during the debate.
  1. It would be new news to all the voters of a primary state.
  2. It would have great impact on swing voters about Mitt Romney.
  3. It would have great impact on swing voters about Ron Paul.
  4. It gets the concept of a Constitutional President across.
  5. It shows Ron Paul being very forceful.
  6. It shows Mitt Romney is weak.
If the News Media will not report the News, then Ron Paul's official campaign needs to report the News. The News about a debate last year that shows Ron Paul as strong, Mitt as weak wanting his lawyer. There is an angry element to Ron Paul's statement, but justifiably so and many Americans actually want their elected officials following the Constitution, the Rule of Law. I'm not sure it's a bad thing, and the last few seconds of any commercial could be uplifting, hope, very positive.

Does any one from Ron Paul's Campaign actually participate and look at these suggestions?
