Tulving Company

Anyone know if this group is on the up and up?? I sent in a wire transfer a few days ago for some silver, then sent an e mail to Hannes there asking to confirm they received it.. His reply is they are too busy to let me know, lol. No correspondence since, although I did confirm with my bank they did receive the transfer three days ago.

No tracking information, no wire receipt confirmation.... time to panic??

From what I understand, Mr. Tulving is curt and doesn't provide much customer service, but you can expect him to hold up his end of the bargain. I'd say you have nothing to worry about.

While his replies may be short (some may consider it brusque) I applaud Hans for having the courtesy to answer quickly. I have dealt directly with too many mints and brokers that don't answer you at all.
