Along about 1:12 or 1:14 -- the counter isn't showing for me -- he talks about Cruz daydreaming of a secular democracy breaking out in Iran. And he soberly notes that it isn't the only possibility, or even the most likely.

Obviously Ted Cruz is letting the perfect be the enemy of the good. When libertarians do that we never wreak as much havoc as neocons do when they go down that road.
