But where we will truly pay is in the cost of our fuel consumption for power generation, transportation and heating/cooling.

Private companies in the defense industry and energy industry employ private people and its private people in high paying jobs that pay taxes.

Those taxes go towards among other things paying off the debt and reducing the deficit so there isnt more debt added.

The battlefield of the hearts and minds have already changed in the world.

In the past Russia was never hated in areas that were historically on the other side of the Berlin Wall.

The geopolitics have changed in ways that the USA could have never done.

No president could ever hope to change European politics from its current stance.

Everyone in Europe that were on both sides of the Berlin wall knows that its the Russians that killed millions of Europeans and threatened to nuke Europeans not the Americans.

This isnt something you forget in the span of a US presidency.
