As I've posted the relevant lines in this thread, the Unconstitutional Treaty Trump seeks to enforce with Ukraine, in its provisions, is fully in concert with the UK deal, and any other corporate entity or State which seeks to "defend Ukraine" against Russia IS also allowed into the Unconstitutional Treaty. The Treaty provides no benefits or appropriations whatsoever to the US Federal Government, but only to those entities which contract with the Government of Ukraine in tender offers, although the U.S. Federal Government may designate "winners" in the private sphere, the public sphere, such as the UK or any other State, are not under its jurisdiction.
The Unconstitutional Treaty is nothing more than a blueprint for necessitating further American military presence in Ukraine, and further "support" such as air defense and contracted security, like mercenary armies. Russia is taking it as a direct threat, as they should. Russia is preparing to overthrow the government of Ukraine in response, so that the U.S. and U.K. have nobody to contract with.
