If i had to assume a 10 year child has no knowledge let alone doesn't a 10 year old know how to drive a vehicle/plane.
You expect readers to believe that a 10 year old child wanted or even wrote such a response to a news outlet.

Astrid Burkle, a 10-year-old transgender girl who lives in Ohio, said she wishes she "could have a normal life."
Astrid says she wishes she could just do all the things other fifth-grade girls do, baking cookies with her grandmother, singing with her friends in the local choir, and going on field trips, but instead she's said she has to spend her time on regular trips to the state house to advocate against anti-transgender legislation that may impact Astrid in the future.

I think the parents should be charged with child abuse for putting their child in a media shitstorm like this. If their kid wants to wear a dress and they are getting mental health treatment, that is fine. But exposing them to this level of media attention is going to mess this kid up for life.

Apparently the child is currently getting mental health care. This isn't necessarily a bad thing.

I think some of these parents who parade their young children to the media like this are engaging in a form of muchausen by proxy. It's wrong and should be stopped.

Just so you know, that accounts for pretty much the entire youth transgender movement. Some of those parents get the attention of the media, some of them settle for much less and just enjoy the attention of their peers. Everyone's focusing on the kids, but the real focus should be on the parents. You just aren't allowed to mention that in elite circles.
