It's mostly for polls so that the host website doesn't see that almost all of the hits for it are coming from a very biased source (RPF).

Results will start coming in at 9pm Eastern. I do not know what time Germany is in. It is going to hours later. It gets later as you go East.

Results start coming in between 7:30pm CST and 11:00pm CST (GMT -06:00) -- thats 8:30pm New York time (GMT -05:00).

I assume that will be early morning your time? I think you should know that answer more than me.

I believe in Germany you add 6 hours to Eastern Standard. So 8:30 in NY = 2:30 am in Germany.
