A friend posted this story on FB in support of it, and I'd like to offer an opposing opinion and need a little help. I understand that there is already too much involvement from the Federal Gov't in this area, but I don't know the specifics and I'm having a hard time explaining how more gov't involvement will not help here.
I am curious as to your thoughts on why this plan is bad, especially using explanations that the an average person will understand. Also, what are some likely unintended consequences?
