Lots of traffic I'm sure, but maybe they want to use it to connect with students somehow.

First day on campus, people moving crap into their dorms, chatting with strangers: "Hey, you know Rand Paul's down the street?"

This is great! Bring in some of the liberty minded people into some of these towns. Would love to see a Massie, Amash tour through these early states... Maybe as we get closer, Ron will do an independent college campus campaign. These guys would help rand with independents and young voters.
