Exciting news, at least for me it is. I generally don’t talk politics with my family. No good ever really comes of it. I haven’t said a word about Ron Paul to my family. Serious, not one word, and today I received an e-mail from my brother (who is a libertarian), and he received it from my grandpa (who is very right-wing Republican). The e-mail, from my grandfather, contained this link…

And said, “Sounds good to me.” It’s the first Ron Paul video created, I believe, by aravoth. Correct me if I’m wrong. Anyway, this is huge. My grandfather isn’t too computer savvy, and he is one of the hard-line republicans that we’ve been wondering if we could “get the message to.” And unsolicited, I received this e-mail today. I am basically thinking of my grandfather as the benchmark. He was born and raised in the south. The word is spreading. Considering how many people there are in this country and how many websites and how many things to occupy ones time, of all the people and things to do, I never even considered getting an e-mail like this from my grandpa. The word is spreading. Great job! Every single one of you!

I would like to thank aravoth, because if he hadn’t made that video, I don’t know if my grandfather would be a Ron Paul supporter at this moment.

Yep, I had people on my wife's side of the family approaching me about Ron Paul over the weekend which has never happened before.

We are saturating freeways with "Revolution" signs as well as campaign signs on smaller roads. The revolution signs seem to be sparking interest, but we need to make sure we follow up with enough "Ron Paul for President 08" stuff so that people's curiosity is satisified.

It really looks like the "Internet spammers" behind Ron Paul are making a highly successful conversion to "Reality spamming" (a.k.a. the American tradition of grass-roots campaigning).

Let's take it up another notch!

The message is being heard, the name is getting out. Our work is paying off. We have to keep up the pace, because it is helping. I had two awesome things happen yesterday....

1. While driving I saw a car with 2 Ron Paul bumper stickers.

2. At the store someone commented on my Ron Paul shirt by saying "He is the man!"

I hope that others will start having things like this happen. It really makes you feel good knowing your making a impact.

Yesterday, I saw a car with "who is Ron Paul?" in shoepolish on their back window. This is really the first political advertisement I've seen here in south Louisiana. I'm waiting on my bumper sticker to arrive. Word really is spreading, and with some fanatism! I can't wait to see more like this. Some of these neo-cons are hard to crack but I'm working on all who will listen.

This campaign for Ron Paul is one of by the people and for the people and not for some outside USA interst.

Like I posted before "It will be F. Thomson vs Ron Paul and unless the votes for Ron Paul is overwhelming then F. Thomson will be the winner for two reasons 1= he is for war and 2= he went (or is going) to the state of Israel to pay his "respects" and their blessings."

"Is time to place politics back in the hands of Americans"... Ponce

I think, without intent to insult, that a lot of Americans need "permission" to support something in the form of it already being popular with others. By taking the campaign off-line and making it visible all over town, especially with so much enthusiasm, there will be a "bandwagon" effect once the support base reaches a critcal mass. Supporting Ron Paul will be the new cool thing.

I get new converts everyday. The biggest challenge is getting people to

1. Not think he is fringe and crazy

2. Think he actually has a chance

Word of mouth is working so lets stay on message.

indeed
