The real cost of FAKE news

Much of the discussion about fake news often fails to get to the root of the issue. Fake news is not like a malicious weatherman who pranks the community by saying tomorrow will be fair weather and sunshine all day when he secretly knows it's going to rain cats & dogs. This is more like Punk'd than like real propaganda. Real propaganda works by completely fabricating your reality, with the goal to so completely surround you in a social Matrix that you don't even know which way is up or down.

And while the first targets of the propagandists are the wealthy and politically-connected class (the power elites), they know that they cannot stop there -- the people are the roots of power from which the visible branches of power draw their support. If you weed the garden by just chopping off the leaves, the roots will grow back even stronger. That's how power works. So, they can decapitate a system of power in a free country by surrounding the powerful in an illusion, but that will not stop the roots from growing a fresh plant and a new power structure to replace the old one.

Instead, the propagandists must completely surround the entire plant... both the powerful and the people, in an illusion in order to completely poison and kill the plant of liberty with their toxic lies. And not only must they do this to the entire plant, but if the plant rejects those toxins, they must at least ensure that the root and the branches are separated. Let me explain.

When you walk out your front door, you have a mental map of "the world out there". It's how you get around. Let's say that, one day, you left your house going to Townville which is a small town due east of your house about 10 miles. But you come to find out that Townville is actually 10 miles west of your house, not east. Well, that's strange, you've driven past it so many times, and it's such a basic fact about the world, how could you get it wrong? But the fact is that sometimes our memory can make weird goofs like this. It has happened to me, and it's happened to anyone if they're being honest. The point of this tale is that the propagandists are targeting this weakness in the human mind, but they're doing it in the social fabric. You always counted on such-and-such department of the government to take care of XYZ. Except, you come to find out there has never been such a department. This is the kind of Stalin-memory-holing tactics that are being employed, and this is one aspect of what we mean by "FAKE NEWS".

But is the goal just to prank people? Are the Deep Statists just bored and want to amuse themselves by tricking you into thinking East versus West, or West versus East? Obviously, there is a bigger goal. The real goal of the propagandists / Fake News is to either (a) change/tweak the parameters of the political order without you understanding the real implications of what has changed (or not even being aware than anything has changed) or, failing that, to (b) so erode trust in the basic organs of social order that it completely breaks down into anarchy.

The Uvalde shooting is a perfect example of this in operation. We all realize that, in the best of circumstances, it can be difficult to piece together an exact timeline of events in a stressful situation. Add to that the proven fact that someone (we'll just call them the Deep State for now) is bringing in crisis actors and other elements of Potemkin-village fakery to stage completely fake incidents that never really happened. The moment that our system of social information transport (the media) begins to participate in propaganda, the entire system itself is effectively defunct. We are like someone who has been kidnapped and forcibly injected with LSD -- we are experiencing collective hallucinations and our "senses" are not giving us any reliable information about what is actually happening in the world.

As another example, on Jan 6, there was cell phone footage available for a while (not sure if it's still available anywhere now) showing a man in the Capitol "viciously attacking" the Capitol police who were in riot gear. He then brought in a girlfriend to hold his place in the line while he stepped away, removed his coat, changed his shirt and his hat, then returned to the line and took his place back from her so that he could be a new "attacker" attacking the Capitol police. If you know where this clip is still available, please post it in reply. What was the point of this little maneuver? Well, the point is to double (potentially) the number of "attackers" attacking the police by having the same actor wearing multiple getups during the event. Photos will show a man in a purple shirt then, a little later, a man in a red shirt, struggling against the Capitol police. So many people!!

Do you see how this is done? It's simply so audacious that no one with a 9-5 job and a mortgage payment could even begin to imagine that anyone would be so brazenly deceptive and manipulative as to indulge in these kinds of tactics. But there it is, right there on camera for all to see. And there are many such examples that we can point to in the unending stream of "crisis" events, at least since 9/11, and possibly even earlier.

One response is to just take the blackpill. It's over, give up, turn yourself in to to be chipped and liquidated for your organs or turned into Soylent Green, the forces of darkness are omnipotent and they will inevitably steamroll over all of us. Another response is Doomer paranoia -- they're reading my mind, they're hacking my phone, they're peeping through the camera on my laptop, etc. etc. But these responses make the basic mistake of drinking the propaganda Kool-Aid. It's like dropping acid and then believing what's happening on the trip is for-real. Keep your wits about you... this stuff is FAKE. The empty vessel makes the loudest sound. By playing on paranoia, depression and other common mental weaknesses that all humans suffer from occasionally, they are able to greatly amplify their presence from a tiny cabal into seeming like a globe-spanning conspiracy surrounding you in all 360-degrees. That's the point!!

But the fact that it's fake doesn't mean that real events are not happening. When you drop acid, the real world keeps going on around you. And so the problem of the timeline of events at Uvalde is symbolic of what is happening, here. The point is to drive us collectively mad as we try to synchronize what we are seeing and hearing (media reports) with the reality of cause-and-effect. But there is no cause-and-effect in a lucid dream, things just happen or don't happen for no reason, and there is no coherent causal order between events. In our present situation, this is the result of unimaginably brazen fakery happening behind-the-scenes. The "they'd get caught" argument is just idiotic, because it fails to take into account the fact that they are really utilizing their All-Seeing-Surveillance gizmos (that Snowden warned us about) to make damn sure they don't get caught while engaging in propaganda fakery. You can't accidentally "stumble" into fake news operatives when they have mass surveillance systems that see everything with a pulse within a 20-mile radius. Not only this, but the tactics they are using are tuned for deniability. So what, a man changed his shirt during a protest. What's your point?

The real cost of fake news is the breakdown in trust in the natural organs of ordered society, not only the legitimate functions of government but even our neighbors, community, and so on. And that is the true, long-run goal of the Fake News Propagandists. They have something they want to sell you. They want to sell you a Monolithic Global Beast System. They want you to love the Beast so much that you are breaking down their doors to have every Beast System gizmo and widget injected into every orifice of your body. Sounds impossible? Think again. The level of fakery in the news should be your hint that it's not impossible, in fact, it's inevitable. And in order to make absolutely certain that you will throw every last penny at them, beat your neighbors to death and climb over a mountain of their skulls to be first in line to receive the Mark, they need to make sure that we all hate and distrust each other.

At some point, this stops being a merely political matter and starts being a spiritual one. Keep watch!

Read the symbolism:



This post isn't about Katy Perry or her music, just the symbolism (lyrics and visuals).

In case it's not obvious, the symbolism can be explained in a single word: DETERMINISM

"We think we're free?", Perry asks, shaking her head.

The man and woman are skeletons... symbolism doesn't get any more obvious: death. Death, in this case, is not the cessation of bodily existence, but the end of all the things that make life, life. That is the real death, the eternal death. And in that state of death or universal slavery -- which is depicted here by the synchronized motion of entire households, neighborhoods and, ultimately, the entire global population -- we are now subject to determinism.

The end of freedom is the end of unpredictability. Unpredictability is the logical antecedent to choice. Without non-determinism, it is impossible to make genuine choices. You are not just a cog in a machine, you are a cog in a Swiss clockwork mechanism, your behavior as predictable as the annual motions of the stars through the heavens. And so on for your neighbors, your boss, your clients, your mailman, your local police, etc. etc.

"Yeah, yeah, this is what they're trying to build. They've been foreshadowing it for decades or longer. But so what, they don't have the technology, infrastructure, etc. etc." Well, that used to be a true argument but not anymore. To infer this, you don't need to "see the evidence" in any forensic sense... all the evidence you really need is in the headlines. "When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth." (Sir Arthur Conan Doyle)

In a very real sense, we are coming face-to-face with Death itself. "Sure, all people die. Get over it." Again, this isn't about bodily death, it's about the bigger death, the eternal death. That is the death that we are coming face-to-face with. And perhaps the single most obvious manifestation of that is in the increasingly blatantly FAKE news headlines. This kind of fakery is not possible without deterministic control or, at least, a form of control that is tantamount to that. Spiritually, we can think of the bigger death as a sliding scale... the more determinism, the more dead. So, we don't need to speculate about "how much control do they already have"... rather, we can simply look at the headlines and judge the degree to which Death is manifesting by simply observing the amount of determinism which is manifesting.

I'll forego the spiritual discussion in this thread because I really want to raise people's awareness and provoke people to really think about what is going on in the world. We are way, way out in uncharted waters. Your parents never saw anything like this, nor your grandparents, great-grandparents or anyone back to the beginning of history. Our generation is facing a monster that no one has ever had to grapple with in history. It is cosmically hostile and it is playing the game by rules that are so unfair, words cannot even fully express how unfair the game is. Think of it like playing a game of baseball against somebody who has puppet-strings attached to your arms and legs. That's the kind of game that we are now entering, whether you are ready for it or not and whether you believe it or not.

You're going to need something more than the usual heaps of righteous indignation to cope with what is coming...
