While in The Declaration of Independence our Founding Fathers had their focus on the New Covenant given to the worthless Gentiles, the slaves, and the prostitutes, as well as on the method of natural law, with this being the scientific method used in the field of natural philosophy during their time, the concept of civil rights weren't addressed by them until they were included in the U.S. Constitution.
This is a subtle fact which has misled many in this forum to think that civil rights can stand alone. But civil rights are only guaranteed by legal precedence which, when considered seperate from natural rights and the New Covenant, are worthless.
I say worthless because, without a conscience, legal precedence will corrupt the people into a society of greater and lessor rights, with these rights determined by how much money a client has and how much noteriety their lawyer commands. It is only when civil rights are proven by natural law and held up under the light of the New Covenant that they become effective. This means that as the power of the natural right is greater than that of the civil right, the power given to the people by the Lord Jesus Christ in the New Covenant supercedes every principality and power -- even His own prior Ten Commandments.
So, we shouldn't be trying to abolish tyranny as such is necessary to serve the people's Civil Purpose. Instead, we should be trying to hold their promiscuous acts under the light of the Truth declared by our Founding Fathers.
