several years ago I proposed PA, MI etc to adapt the Nebraska and Maine counting of electors
jad PA, MI, WI , GA, and AZ done this the 37 votes needed would have easily been found , and the corrupt black cities would no longer matter.
perhaps Governors should also be chosen by the state legislatures , to end that problem
