Two people on the 311 forums said that the Glen Beck interview may have sold them on Ron Paul. So for those of you who thought it was terrible, it most certainly was not. It is probably the best recruiting tool we have right now -- besides passing out slim jims.

it will be interesting to see how Glenn talks about the interview on his radio show today

Even though glenn is like a wilsonian democrat when it comes to war, I think the show may have helped ron grab some new voters. I heared that it ran 3 times in one day. Not bad!

Now Ron just needs to do well with Russert. I have no reason to believe he won't. I always thought Ron does his best with people that are trying to make him look bad and trying to dig dirt, but after seeing him on morning Joe and Beck, I have to change my opinion. He does even better when he has a supportive questioner. Boy is ABC going to look like fools for not putting the Stossel interview on.

Agreed. All eyes are now on meet the press. I think he's gonna hit a grand slam.

If we can push to get ABC to air the Stossel segment after Ron Paul dominates on MTP, it would be the friggin' trifecta that wins RP the republican nomination.

The guy must have some dirt... Maybe he went to detention this one time in primary school or something?

Dr. Paul, is it true that you sometimes talk with your MOUTH FULL AT THE TABLE?!

Bring it on.

It was a great interview to be sure, but be cautious about how much influence you attribute to it. The audience for the show is small, even by cable standards. The big advantage here is that Glenn can take what he's learned and use it on his enormous radio audience when the talk trends in that direction. He has the third biggest radio show in the country, and of Rush, Hannity, and himself, his audience is by far the most receptive to Ron's message.

We had a good day yesterday media wise, ......a very good day. with the great Beck interview, learning Joe Scarborough's son is a supporter, the Tucker endorsement over the weekend it almost seems like the timing has been calculated by the campaign to have the most bang for it's buck just before primary's and caucus's. We do have a very good campaign staff and I get really tired of people on here saying they don't know what they are doing. They know exactly what they are doing. Timing is key on alot of things done politically.

Although some of the questions were tough - I think it was great overeall. Ron actually got to answer questions this time and I am hoping we will have more supporters jump on the bandwagon.

I thought it went very well too and did us a lot of good. I must say - and certainly I am not referring to the "death threat" thing which is horrible and I highly doubt came from real Ron Paul supporters - that the pressure put on Beck's program particularly in regard to writing to sponsors put the fear of God into Beck. I truly believe if Beck hadn't been intimidated by the onslaught of email and complaints to his sponsors he would never have given Ron Paul the respect and the time he gave him in that interview.
