I would have never thought that Ron Paul supporters would give up so easily. Lets look at the big picture:
Mitt Romney is 35,350,000 in debt
John McCain is 4, 516,000 in debt
Mike Huckabee is 97,676 in debt
Ron Paul is 7,839,421 up and no debt
Super Tuesday is not done and here is why:
Ron Paul has taken second in:
Louisiana-possibly 1st
Nevada
Montana
and third in:
Alaska
N.Dakota-very close second
and
Utah
Bear in mind that most of these states had Guiliani and Keyes on their ballots which means that these votes have to go to someone. Add this to the fact that Ron Paul is sitting on almost 8 million dollars and that all he has to do to win the remaining states is use the footage from the debates and counter the candidates for commercials and go into an offensive mode at the remaining debates.

And hope for HuckaMcRomney to all suffer simultaneous heart attacks...

Do you really think that he will even be invited to further debates? Not trying to start an argument here, but I can't see it happening.

There is an MSNBC debate listed on the website for the end of February....?

Don't forget his speech at the CPAC. This will be a very important speech. He will be addressing the Movers and Shakers in the GOP. This may be the first time many of them will hear Dr Paul speak and realize that he is truly the only Conservative running. If enough of them are convinced it will give us a HUGE uplift in support.

I have my fingers crossed. :-)

I already know I'm going to be hit as a troll...
But even if McCain, Romney, and Huckabee stopped campaigning today, Ron Paul still wouldn't win. Sadly Ron Paul has no momentum, particularly among Republicans. We need to start considering other ways of spreading the message of liberty, be it organizing a Ron Paul third party run, or finding people to run for Congressional and senatorial seats who hold similar views (and integrity) as Ron Paul.

Sadly I just don't see how Ron Paul can win this election. Hs strong suits and the REAL reasons why we need him, the financial solvency of the US government and civil liberties, are the areas people least understand or care about (too many think Democrats = more civil liberties). Pretty much the reasons why people don't support Ron Paul is; xenophobia, partisan loyalties, and jingoism, all with roots in ignorance.

Kent Snyder said the plan was to spend everything by Feb 5.

I don't think there's much left in the bank. Having no debt puts us ahead of everybody though.
