Guiess water and milk is the safest way to go for keeping healthy teeth, drinks with pH level below 5.5 should be limited.

Acid and Sugar Content of Some Common Beverages

We have compiled a list of some common drinks and the concentration of acid and the amount of sugar in each. This is important since a lot of acid and a lot of sugar will cause decalcification “white spots”, on teeth. The lower the pH number the more acidic the drink. The more acidic the drink is, the greater the chance of making white spots on the teeth. The closer the number is to 7 the less likely it is to contribute to white spots.
We recommend not drinking any beverage with a pH less than 3. And limit consumption of drinks below 5.5 pH. A&W Root Beer, Dad’s, Barq’s and Mug seem to be the best soft drink, but check the label of other types of root beer as it may contain phosphoric acid and would then have a low pH.

This is comprehinsive list of foods' pH levels from FDA:

http://www.pronamel.us/pdfs/FDA pH of Foods April 2007-optimized.pdf

"Comparable" is not that accurate. The pH is a logrythmic scale-pH 1 has ten times the acidity as pH2 and 100 times the acidity of pH 3, 1000 times the acidity of four, etc. Neutral pH is 7.0 so pH1 is 1,000,000 times more acid- 2 is 100,000 times, 3 is 10,000 (as measured by the concentration of OH ions). pH2 is not half the pH of 1 but one tenth.
