Why wouldn't Cruz want the truth out about his full Canada records, especially if he is running for President of the United States ?
Certainly he would want all his "originalist" "constitutionalist" supporters to know the full truth, eh ?

In a February 11, 2016, recap in the Dallas Morning News, questioning whether Cruz is eligible to serve as president of the United States,

campaign spokeswoman Catherine Frazier attempted to put the best possible spin on the issue - to be discussed below soon enough.

Back in 2013, the paper stated
"Officials at Citizenship and Immigration Canada said that without a signed privacy waiver from Cruz, they cannot discuss his case."
Dallas Morning News August 18, 2013

Cruz has to sign the waiver to Canada . . .
or risk upcoming cases that will accurately argue that he is not eligible for even the 99 Texas delegates to the GOP nomination convention this summer.

Catherine Frazier is a Republican press secretary. Frazier is currently the national press secretary for Ted Cruz's 2016 campaign.
She worked for former Texas Governor Rick Perry (R) as a press assistant, senior communications writer, deputy communications director and press secretary. She also worked for Sen. Cruz as press secretary.

The Dallas Morning News is reporting today that the Illinois case against Cruz was tossed
because Cruz had not been properly notified of the suit against him -
and did not rule on the eligibility question at all.

Cruz gets to be in the Illinois GOP primary ballot on March 15.

So that decision gets appealed, or they file another case and properly inform Cruz ?
