Apparently an officer from the health and family planning commission said she has to follow different regulations since the school where she works is located in Guizhou province.
Qin Ti is five months pregnant with her husband Meng Shaoping and they already have one daughter. Unbelievably, Qin has been given to the end of the month to have the abortion or she will lose her job. At five months or 20-weeks unborn babies have the ability to feel immense pain from abortion and may be more sensitive to pain than newborns.
Here’s more:
Both pregnant Qin Yi and her husband Meng Shaoping had a daughter with their previous spouses, so the newly married couple is not allowed to have their own child according to Guizhou province’s regulations, the education bureau and health and family planning commission in Guizhou’s Libo county said in a notice Monday.
Qin must have an abortion by the end of the month otherwise she will be fired from her job, said the notice circulated online and carried by a local newspaper, which reported that Qin was five months pregnant.
An officer from the county’s health and family planning commission confirmed the case.
Qin and Meng applied for permission to have a child from authorities in Huangshan city in eastern Anhui province, where her residency is registered, said the officer, who gave only his surname, also Qin.In 2012, Dr. Colleen Malloy, an assistant professor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, said the following about fetal pain: “There is ample biologic, physiologic, hormonal, and behavioral evidence for fetal and neonatal pain. In fact, by 20 weeks post-fertilization (22 weeks by LMP), the fetal brain has the full complement of neurons that are present in adulthood.”
As LifeNews previously reported, in a recent Congressional hearing, blind Chinese activist and attorney Chen Guangcheng said that in the 35-years since China’s brutal one-child policy hundreds of millions of babies have been killed. In 2005, Chen came to prominence after he began to investigate reports of forced abortions and sterilizations in villages in eastern China. Now Chen is a senior fellow at Catholic University of America and said the following at a hearing of the Congressional Executive Commission on China:
“Over the past 35 years, China has killed a total of 360 to 400 million young lives as a result of its inhumane and violent birth control policies. During a six-month period of 2005, more than 130,000 forced abortions and/or sterilizations took place in Linyi city alone. More than 600,000 family members suffered during this period.”
