The Supremes ruling on the issue would be void as well since all Supreme Court decisions are issued in the name of the President. As well as all decisions issued after Jan. 20 2009. All federal appointments BHO made are void as well meaning all federal convictions after Jan 20 are illegal. Real can o' worms.

IMHO it would mean end of the Union.

For some reason, it seems like the US has come to this crossroads before.
It made the wrong choice then, and I'm certain it will make the wrong choice again.
