WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court ruled Thursday that the government may invoke the “state secrets” privilege to block former U.S. contractors from testifying about the now well-known waterboarding and torture of prisoners held at CIA sites in Poland.

By a 6-3 vote, the justices said the U.S. government can claim a privilege of secrecy even if there is no secret.

This would be a good topic for the States to hold an independent inquest. Any authority that the people have, the States also have (9th- and 10th-amendments), and we have the authority to investigate any crime as a matter of the public interest if the magistrate refuses to do his duty. An independent investigator backed by the authority of 30-40 State governors would absolutely have the power to investigate this and light a fire under the lazy asses of Congress to either hold their monster accountable, or have it disbanded completely.

I was born in America and told from the tender age of a toddler that I live in a free country. I worked my ass off in school and industry to build "the American dream" for myself, believing that hard work pays, only to later find out it is all a delusion built on central-banking. It was a total charade from the beginning. My children are just now becoming adults and at least they have the benefit of clear vision of the reality of what America is (it's undeniably obvious to anyone with a pulse). I've read the Constitution many times, and there is no constitutional authority for the Federal government to create and operate a Secret Police, whether domestic (FBI) or foreign (CIA). These agencies need to be disbanded and if the Federal government will not do the right thing -- for whatever reason -- then they must be unilaterally nullified by the States. These Gestapo agencies play an integral role in maintaining the globalist Monolith which is funded by the Fed and which is plundering Americans of untold wealth, in broad daylight. I will happily throw my every effort into dismantling these criminal organizations... they have already completely devastated my life beyond repair -- my only remaining hope is heaven itself. But perhaps my children can build their lives in a world free of the demonic activities of Stasi money-men pillaging their every endeavor to line their own pockets and impose their sick global tyranny. That's a dream worth fighting for. Worth dying for. May God deal with these monsters as they deserve.

Whats encouraging, atleast to some degree, is the push back against the FBI.

Of course Graham has attacked Republicans who dare challenge our illegal, unlawful, immoral, unconstitutional domestic Stasi.

But six justices said the former CIA contractors may not testify about what happened to Zubaydah because they could confirm the CIA black sites were in Poland. A former Polish president has already confirmed that, but U.S. officials have not.

Justice Sonia Sotomayor joined Gorsuch in dissent. Justice Elena Kagan said the case should be allowed to proceed without testimony about Poland.​

Yeah. Voting harder to make sure we get the "right" Supreme Court justices is really making an impact. /sarcasm.
