That looks like total BS to me. They didn't even try to blend the text in remotely with the quality of the original film.

In the 60s only the most expensive machines would be able to slow the video down and the ones that have those are happy because of the "CONSUME" messages. But don't take my word for it as I did not live in the swinging sixties.
