There is no need to dance on the grave of Fred Thompson's campaign.

Senator Thompson raised some issues that needed raising. He made many positve contributions to the national conversation. He was my second choice (to the degree I had a second choice). He has his head screwed on better than the vast majority of people in Hollywoood and Washington.
 
Compared to Ron Paul every other candidate was my 5th choice. It would've been nice if he outlasted Giuliani. I really bet he's stubborn enough to stay in until the convention, even if he doesn't win a single caucus/primary.
 
I agree. I think Ron Paul should issue a press release stating he enjoyed campaigning with Fred because he was the only other candidate who truly seemed to understand the original party platform.
