I don't have time to watch an entire hour right now- can anybody say what sort of weather changes they were allegedly causing?

Cloud seeding does work but you have to already have the conditions for rain in the sky- you just attempt to triger it when or where you want rather than waiting for nature to do its thing.

this is not the same type of weather modification as the kind you referred to, "Cloud Seeding". This is using scalar waves and electromagnetic energy. It is a very important topic, especially considering how many countries now have HAARP-like facilities. I strongly encourage you to watch the presentation if you ever have time, because it is rather technical and it is not something that can be easily explained in a few forum posts.

You would think that if they had the power to control the weather they would do something about the droughts they seem to have.
