Yes! This is a really great tool that just became available. I signed up for my precinct and will be on foot all weekend.

The links internal to the login page still contain .test, so I think this is still the phase 2 beta, but it works fine for me, I got my list of everyone in my precinct, and I've seen no bugs yet.

I say we stress test it with RPFs.com people and see if it holds up.

If the system is overloaded by us, then it ain'r ready for prime time.

It's either that, or chances are your precinct will have no precinct captain, hense no organization come caucus time. And it will be one more precinct that RP looses in. Any help you can provide as a captain is better than none.
