Shenandoah Valley RPFers?

Hey all,

Long time no post/talk. Hope everyone's been well on the forumz.

My fiance and I are moving to Rockingham Co., VA in a few months as he recently accepted an academic position. We're hoping to be more involved in the liberty movement down there, but were hoping some RPFers could give us a glimpse into the life down there. I'm hoping maybe as the year goes on and we're more "settled in," I would love to form a liberty drinks group or another meetup-type group.

Any info about the Harrisonburg/Staunton/Charlottesville/Waynesboro area would be especially appreciated, from favorite places to check out, restaurants, cost of living, etc etc.

From what I remember Staunton/Waynesboro were small cities. But, you are not far from Charlottesville. It's a happening town with some great restaurant/ bars/ entertainment. Be sure to check out Bodo's Bagel's and pizza by the slice at Christian's Pizza on the square.
