Mad props to Ballston and Hume. Can these numbers be right?? Surrounding precincts have RP at ~10%.

notice no republican ballots were cast in ward 14; that ward is a predominently black precint.

Absentee ballots are counted at the bottom of the page; I only know this because I questioned the same thing.

It doesn't make sense. Even if the numbers were mixed up there is no way Huck got 42 or 55%. I'll talk to a friend of mine that voted in Ballston.
