Scientific research should be privately funded

Many people think that scientific research, should be funded by the government so that it will ensure that there will be no corruption.

However, when the government is highly corrupt it can manipulate and monopolize the research to further it's agenda, just like during the Ebola outbreak the CDC deceived everyone that the flu is more dangerous and it kills 30 thousand Americans annually while Ebola has only killed 11.3 thousand, but 65 million Americans catch the the flu yearly which equates to 0.08% mortality rate, but Ebola has infected 28.616 thousand people which means the mortality rate is roughly 39.5%. In the end this was only helping big pharma, and I think that Ebola is biological weapon and West Africans where Human test subjects.

Moreover, government organizations are usually bureaucratic, and with excessive regulations , they can not progress well, for example SpaceX is progressing at a faster rate than NASA.

In addition, we should cut wasteful spending to at least end the national debt .

I also think Planned Parenthood should be privatized.

I agree scientific research should be privately funded. Government funds a lot of nonsense that would never pass the sniff test to someone who is actually accountable for the research they fund.

In addition, government funded research leads to a lot of unnecessary regulations. We don't need to give Congress any more fodder for that.
