Russian Markets Down 15%

I was watching CNN International and the crazy socialist commentator on there actually lol'd when they announced that the Russian markets were down 14% at the time. They're down anywhere from 14-16% depending on which one you look at. Admittedly, I don't know what is what when it comes to Russian markets but I know red numbers with minus signs in front of them are bad.

At 11.05 am Moscow time trading on the RTS Stock Market was stopped, due to the drop of the technical index by more than 5% as compared to its closing value.
