McCain is a phony Republican candidate created and crowned by the main stream media and other powerful forces who are trying to stampede Republicans into nominating the weakest of all the Republican candidates. They want a Democrat win in November.

Now everyone but the family dog knows that McCain can't win in November.

I think Ron Paul supporters need to take advantage of this window of opportunity - with Huck out of the race - to hang McCain with this albatross: "He can't win"

Ron"s only chance for nomination is if there is a brokered GOP convention in September. Romney and Huck will work toward this end if they see the possibility that one of them might emerge from the chaos as the nominee. Most likely, at this point would be Romney/Huck ticket. So, Ron Paul supporters need to work toward a brokered convention - McCain "can't win" - and then convince delegates that Romney/Huck ticket "can't win" either. ONLY Ron Paul can, and if given the opportunity, will defeat Hillary (or Obama, it makes no difference) in November.
We must make that case to the convention delegates. Fortunately, we do have time.

We are working tirelessly in our state to get Ron Paul delegates to the convention. I hope other Ron Paul supporters across the country are doing the same. As Yogi says, it ain't over 'til its over. This is a long way from being over.

McCain "can't win":D:D:D

At the same time while using that slogan, you would have to explain why Ron Paul can win - since hes not doing so well in the primaries you would have to explain why things would be different in the general election.

That slogan, while attention getting, would backfire in a really big way. "McCain can't win", however, has possibilities.

Hate to break it to you but McCain did win.

The point is, there is no way in hell that he could win the General Election.

I am still hoping for an upset at the convention.
Barring that, I will write in Ron Paul, and push that as an option to all that will listen.

And I will be preparing for the coming destruction of the United States.

Actually polls suggest otherwise. Especially if Hillary wins. Don't forget that Kerry had a 20 point lead on Bush just before he was nominated.

I don't think you're doing Ron Paul any favors by making us look like sore losers.
Go root for McCain somewhere else.
The man (used loosely) disgusts me.
The Dem are turning out 2 to 1 for their candidates over the Repugs., the country is tired of stupid wars.
The GOP is shooting itself in the foot.
McCain can't win the General.

Maybe its time for you to go to the Obama forums now.

Maybe it's time for you to stop telling people to leave the movement considering we are obviously pretty short on people. I gave lots of money to Ron Paul. My car is covered in bumper stickers. I voted for him in the primaries. I deserve to be here as much as anyone.

Then maybe you should re-examine where your heart is. You have given up on Ron Paul and now are supporting Obama, am I right?

I didn't "give up" on him. If I did I wouldn't be on these forums.

But he lost. McCain won. So I picked someone else to vote for in the general. I'm not voting for a libertarian because none of them have ever held an elected office before and I'm not writing in Ron Paul because he doesn't want to run against the republicans.

I intend on going to the march. I intend on keeping an eye out for any candidate running on his platform and I intend on staying involved in the libertarian movement. Just because I decided to go with the lesser of the two evils again doesn't mean I don't agree with the movement anymore.

Well then I respectfully request that you be only positive in this forums and resist being negative.

Sorry but I tend to speak my mind and I don't believe this is a good idea. And not because I'm voting for Obama because if I were to take this from an Obama supporters point of view I'd say go for it because any ripping on McCain is good for Obama.

I will be Voting for RON PAUL as a Write In if necessary.
I will not be casting a vote or voicing approval of ANY socialist.
Lesser/Greater, Evil is EVIL
