Ron Pauls "political report on racial terorism"

I'm just wondering what peoples thoughts are on Ron Paul's political report on racial terrorism written in 1993. when I read it I was surprised at his biased and racial profiling remarks though at the same time I admit that I agreed with him on most of his points however, If he could clear these things up I think he would regain a lot of the black vote he stands to loose because of this reports controversy.

if anyone reading this has direct contact to his campaign or Ron Paul I think we should address this Issue or people will start thinking he is a racist. this would be bad for Ron Paul and his campaign and knowing the media they would twist his report into a racial issue
