That is so sad! I just got to know her picture half a minute ago, and was thinking of a bright future for mother and child. I guess that is why it was tweeted tonight.

Yes it's true. How awful. She was so proud of that picture taken on Feb 24 2007 when Ron Paul came to NH to meet 400 friends of the woman who help start the revolution there.

Denise was a graduate of RPI and a very bright chemist. She was a member of MENSA. She knew about holistic medicines etc, but by the time she discovered what she had it was already in the bone. Cancer spreads fast when women have hormones... so it's more dangerous in the younger ones. She was only 39 and had just given birth for the third time. The child in the photo was he first, he is now 6.

We will be holding a memorial for Denise on Saturday, May 4th. In keeping with her wishes, it will essentially be an “open house” in which friends and family can spend time sharing stories, thoughts, and comfort, rather than a ceremony of some sort.
