Ron Paul will be on Fox & Friends AND Morning Joe this morning (01/11/12)

Wow, they actually mentioned that if the election were today Ron Paul would come within just one point of Obama.
...BUT CAN HE WIN SOUTH CAROLINA!?!... What a bunch of pricks. I hate this station now.

DICK MORRIS
Can't possibly win the nomination. God's gift to Romney. Can't lose or win. Ron Paul might run as an independent. Thinks Ron Paul supporters will vote for Romney in general. Romney will coast to the nomination if Ron Paul is the primary contender.

Dick Morris knows were not voting for Romney, not Ron Paul's core supporters which is what.... 10 million strong?
He's just trying to assure the masses to continue voting for Romney.

To be fair, the host lady did try to let him know that Ron Paul is polling just as good against Obama, again.

Why do Republican voters put so much stock in what Democrat Dick Morris thinks anyway? He's always on Hannity.
Anyone going to let the people know he's a liberal telling them what and how to think?

Joe had some nice comments about Ron there. He's sick of the military adventurism, big government Republicans, etc. Apparently he voted for Ron in 2008. The other guy said Ron is no longer a "fringe candidate", Joe said Ron represents 25% of the Republican base that is sick of RINOs, military adventurism, entitlements, etc, and Joe considers himself part of that 25% represented by Ron Paul.

You know if these polls kill the "unelectability" tag, taking this will be so much easier. I think without the MSM media pushing electability we would have taken 1st in Iowa and then New Hampshire.

What time do these programs come on?
Well, both programs are already on.
They are just teasing with the Ron Paul interview - so as of now it is unknown, on both stations.
They both just keep saying "We will have front-runners Mitt Romney and Ron Paul on very soon."
I guess that means sometime before 9a ET.
They will probably do it in morning primetime, 7a-8a.

I wonder who is paying for all of these ads pushing the liberal agenda with MSNBC hosts. They are spending a ton on it.

Well, this is the satellite stream, so they just show MSNBC commercials in the breaks, since usually the local Cable company plays commercials in their place.

Up next on F&F, they are going to talk about media bias on candidates. Does that mean FOX is going to report on themselves?

copying from other thread, sorry accidental duplicate due to fatigue from staying up all night, can't sleep. :)

Not sure if he's up next, they just announced on the show he is coming up live.

Joe and some others on the panel just reiterated that people can no longer call him a fringe candidate.

Joe said he represents 20-25% of the party as has been seen in Iowa and New Hampshire. He represents those Republicans
that are disillusioned with big government spending Republicans and he (Joe) considers himself in that group. They briefly discussed that Mitt Romney if he gets the nomination and the Republican Party in general will need to figure out a way to fold Ron Paul supporters in behind Romney and not give them a reason to vote for Obama or become a Democrat.

One of the panelist said that just giving Ron Paul a speaker roll at the convention isn't going to be enough, Ron Paul will hold his own convention if he has to as he did four years ago. They mentioned that he probably won't run 3rd party as it will be political end to Rand's future so the Party leadership would use that as an insurance policy.

Joe said that somehow Romney will need to this group of people that he will do actual cuts, reduce this military adventurism around the world, deal with the debt, and reduce spending in washington otherwise this is going to be a real problem. He continue to repeat that the group of concern is no longer Ron Paul's 10% that he has broken through and is now attracting 20-15%
