Over here in switzerland a lot of people have ip-tv ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPTV ), so the provider can figure out what they are watching

'Consulting congress' isn't the issue. AUTHORIZATION is what is needed, not 'consulting'. They are saying 'Congress could have said yes when asked', but not that they could say no.

Bachmann I am sure is listening and will reprise what Ron says. That isn't fair, they shouldn't have her on after to crib from him yet again. (I assume that is who you meant is coming on after, I missed that.)
