Ron Paul Using Campaign Cash for Non-Profit (Mod: campaign funds only allowed a few uses)

i hope he's used the presidential cash for the foreign policy institute.

That would make sense.

I donated for him to further his ideas, whether through winning the Presidency or any other means. Is this article trying to say he did something wrong? I only wish he had more! (or I had more to give him!)

Sure, what do you want him to do with the money? The article itself doesn't even SAY although it tries to imply, that anything is wrong with this. I donated right to the end. I sure don't want that money going to 'the government', I want Ron to get his message out. I always did.

the implication is that this is somehow dishonest. Instead the rules allow specific narrow uses only, and this is one of them. This is his congressional account. He isn't running for Congress. What exactly do you suggest?

Remember, this is the guy who REFUSED to run any of his campaigns on 'stolen money', refusing to file for matching funds from taxpayers, despite the fact that he would have gotten tens of millions that way. This is all ideological money.
