Ron Paul: The Health Benefits of Taking a Walk

I did this today and got an agonizing cramp in my quad that literally paralyzed me for a few minutes. Other than that, it was nice.
 
I like that he's big on biking, too. Everyone should get a stationary bike, and peddle 25-40 hardcore miles a day while watching Liberty-oriented videos on youtube and netflix! THAT is a workout for the mind, body and spirit!
