WIPO is an arbitration forum. Yes, it was formed under the UN but Ron is only there because it was a forum specified in a private contract. If the UN ended tomorrow (a great idea) WIPO would still exist because private users pay its fees and choose it for its subject matter expertise.

Ron's pod page directs there. I don't know if his own people setting up the pod page were themselves confused about who owns it or if there is a deal in the works.

But yours seem to pick fights. And no, I've posted in threads but the only one I remember posting myself was when I thought it had settled, because the podcast page directs there. I still think it might be close to a deal because of that. Otherwise it is sure evidence of confusion.
