Balboa Park Liberty Festival Rally Agenda
11:30-45 - 12:40 | The March
We will be meeting at the NBC 7/39 building, please make sure to bring your signs. The march is around two miles so make sure to bring water and comfortable shoes. We have included links that show the direct path of the march, feel free to meet us along the way if you would like a shorter route.
It is essential to the success of our march that we obey all of the regular street laws, we did not acquire the permits to walk directly in the street of downtown or balboa park.

As the marchers arrive into the Speckle?s Organ Pavilion in Balboa Park the band Crash Encore will be rocking out to pro-liberty anti war tunes.
Location: 2211 Pan American Rd E, San Diego, CA
1:10 - 1:20 | Richard Rider Speaks on the Proper Roll of Local Government and Taxes.
A brief welcome to the rally, followed by an introduction of guest speaker Richard Rider.
