We all know that Paul is a constitutionalist & libertarian but how does he vote on issues regarding the funding of unconstitutional programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, SCHIP, etc.?
Does he vote against their fundings despite the fact that many Americans pay into the system & expect something in return?
Has he ever voted/proposed to privatize any of the programs?
